What happens if I've forgotten my password?
You can always recover your password by clicking on the Login link in the header of each page and then “Forgot your password?” link. Enter your valid email which you used for registration on CasinoReviewsLand website and you should receive an email containing a link to change your password.
Can I change my username, or merge different accounts?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your username.

No, posted comments cannot be edited or removed. Please review your comments before posting.

What is the Completeness feature in my profile page?
A progress bar in your edit page indicates how much of your profile has been filled out. If the progress shows 100%, that means that you have completely filled in your profile and we appreciate it.

All registered member can write comments. You can easily create a new account in a just few seconds.
I just subscribed, but it doesn't seem to have worked. What should I do?
Subscriptions are sent by email. Check if you entered correct email address in your profile page.
Where can I check my subscriptions notifications?
You can manage all your subscriptions in your profile page by choosing the Subsriptions option.
How can I unsubscribe?
Go to your profile page > Subscriptions and uncheck all subscribed boxes.
Do I need to subscribe more than once?
You can be subscribed to more than one feed of course, but if you already subscribed, you don’t need ever to subscribe again to same feed.
What are complaints?
This is the part of site where players can post public complaints about casinos and casino reps can answer directly through our system.
Why do I need to write a complaint?
If you have a problem with any casino, casino operator, payouts issues, etc, you can post a complaint and speak discuss directly with authorized casino reps to find a solution to your problem.
Who can write complaints?
All registered members can submit complaints which are moderated by our staff. If we notice that your complaint suits our Terms and Conditions we’ll publish it live immediately.

I have posted a complaint but nobody replies. What should I do?
Each party have a 4 days to answer to complaint. They will be reminded by email every day how much time they left. If casino representative does not answer to a complaint during that period, the casino will be credited with negative points, but they still have a right to answer to the complaint afterwards.
How much time I have to reply to the complaint?
Member who posted a complaint also have a 4 days to answer to the complaint, but in case they reply after that period, they will not be credited with negative points, but their complaint will be removed from home page and from the Active complaints section.
My response time is up. Can I post an answer after that?
Yes. You’re still able to post a complaint, but your complaint will not be featured on home page and in the Active complaints section.
How will I know that I have a reply on my complaint?
Whenever you have an answer to your complaint, you’ll be automatically notified by email.
I have a problem attaching a file into complaint. What should I do?
File formats which are accepted from our system are: doc, xls, txt, pdf, jpg and gif.
Which criteria you use for sorting a bonuses?
