Ladbrokes has announced that Sly Bailey has joined the company’s social responsibility committee.
Bailey, who currently serves as one of the bookmaker’s non-executive directors, will be joined by David Martin, who’s been added to the company’s audit committee.
While Bailey had previously held the position of Trinity Mirror’s chief executive and has served as a non-executive director of Greencore Group, Martin has been CE of the travel company Arriva since 2006.
Bailey and Martin’s appointments were confirmed on 25th September, and the two are already serving on their respective committees.
These additions to the Ladbrokes set-up follow the news that, ahead of the bookmaker’s merger with Coral Gala, Ian Bull will be standing down as the firm’s financial chief.
